Shipping Days and Policies:
Shipments are made every Monday via carrier exclusively within the USA.
Xio's Bakery is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for packages marked as "delivered" but subsequently lost.
Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and/or denied access to the delivery site.
Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates.
Xio's Bakery is not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping companies.
